Parents everywhere are squealing. Those with older children vow to conceive younger ones. People who vowed off kids are reconsidering. What's got everyone so wound up?
Radio Flyer's new Landspeeder, of course!
Modeled after Luke Skywalker's X-34 landspeeder from Star Wars: A New Hope, this is a drivable vehicle that includes an interactive dashboard with lights and realistic sounds, just like Luke's. There's room for two riders, and the speeder can go up to 5 mph forward and 2 mph in reverse. It has a 12V rechargeable battery, with the charger included.
The fine print says the speeder can hold up to 130 lbs. So...it could totally hold me, right? If only I were shorter...
Luke Skywalker's Landspeeder from Radio Flyer will only be available starting 9/5/2017 at Toys R Us, and has a price tag of $499.99. That's a little above most kids' allowances, so maybe time to borrow a little from Jabba? What could go wrong?
